Inspecting your home

When you hire West Florida Inspections you get two professionals for the price of one. I am a licensed building contractor as well as a licensed home inspector. I have been doing this for over 30 years. 

A typical home inspection will take between 3 and 5 hours depending on the size of the house. The reason I take longer than most inspectors is simple, I do more. I will be doing your inspection for you personally. I go above and beyond the state and inspection organizations, recognized standards. I do this because you deserve it. 

I will inspect your future home as if it were mine. 

I prefer if you attend the inspection so I can show what I find, but it is not required. We have weekend appointments available. We do this to accommodate your schedule so that you can attend the home inspection. 

After the inspection is complete, I will deliver the inspection report by email. Usually the next business day or sooner. After receiving the inspection, you are welcome to call me to go over the report in detail. I want to make sure you understand the complete report. 

My involvement doesn’t stop there. I am available to answer any questions you have well after you sign on the dotted line. you are welcome to call me as often or as many times as you need after the inspection.
